This can be the hardest bit, so let’s chat first and see how you feel.

 I have face to face availability Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 4.30pm and Friday evenings 4-8pm in Lincoln.

We can arrange weekly or bi-weekly sessions to suit you. 

Face to Face sessions are 1 hour and cost £45 per session.

Individual sessions only, for age 16 years and above.

For Online Counselling, sessions are 50 minutes and cost £40.  Availability is upon request.
